Wind Week II

Wind Week II included more crafts and colors; wind wands, kites to paint, and bubble wrap "clouds" were all a part of the fun. We found out that you could make bubbles from different shapes. The children continued to explore the science table, and have begun to write books to be read at story time. There are so many books to read that we've put a basket under the chair to catch them! We had fun with balloons, exploring air pressure and learning how a pump worked.  I asked the children if a big bag of balloons would be heavy or light, and they were surprised to find that it was light!
