Buddies and the PreK4's

We had such a funny week with our days off I thought I'd take advantage of this moment to write a post about our buddies. The children have met with their buddies twice already, and we are learning so much about each other as a group and as individuals.

Our 4/5 Buddies are very enthusiastic and absolutely ready to join in our play in the classroom. We wrote books about ourselves that the we read to our buddies, and then we wrote pages together to introduce our buddies and ourselves individually!  We have been able to spend time outside as well, running and learning the fine points of duck duck goose.

Having our older buddies is another way that the PreK 4's are woven into the fabric of the wonderful traditions of Robert C. Parker School!
