This week was a leafy week of play. We took a walk to collect leaves, printed leaves, glued and painted leaves. We sang songs about leaves and raking them up to jump in the piles, and read books about fall, animals getting ready for the winter, and farms. The science table received a lot of interest as the children discovered that the seeds would come off the corn cobs with a little bit of effort. The pile of corn is growing!
New dresses and work vests made their way to our dress up, and created a lot of interest as well!
Until Next Time,
Michele
