Today's the day the Teddy Bears have their PICNIC! We had fun with our teddy bears and their stories this week, sharing a lot of time with the three year olds next door as we painted bears, sang about bears, read about bears, and wrote our own bear's stories. We visited the k-1's who had constructed a bear's den complete with a bear family and other wild animals and trees. We heard about their bear den and listened to bear stories.We finally had a chance to enjoy the snow. The question was, can a group of four year olds share one sled? The answer is yes! We enjoyed watching the children negotiate and work together to go up and down the field. Another game that the children enjoyed was following each other's tracks through the snow.
We had a lot of fun this week!
