The sun DID shine, and we had a wonderful trip to the apple orchard! The children had enjoyed songs about apple harvesting and making applesauce and counting apples as they fell from a tree, and the trip was a busy, joyful apple picking time:o) We'll be cooking with apples and eating apples for a few days...... The children's artwork and easel work continues to reflect the colors of the season, with red and green creations at the easel, and brilliant autumn colors to paint, glue and print.
We had a wonderful trip to the museum on Monday, and the children voted for the BIG SCHOOL BUS as being their favorite part.
The children have had gym time during rainy days, and find very creative ways to move about together!
