Growing Week II

Growing week has continued with a lot of color and art exploration, as well as science. We painted and planted little flower pots, and they are hopefully germinating! We planted bean seeds in water beads so that we can watch the process of growing from seed to plant as our flowers grow under the soil. We painted flower shapes this week, very big ones and small egg carton cutouts.

We had a pop up flower shop in our room that turned into a flower garden on the block rug, thanks to our student teacher.

And, finally, we baked zucchini muffins to enjoy!

Our room is a vibrant and playful space!

This blanket -tucking play happened -the children just began to gather blankets and tuck themselves in. It looked very cozy !

Until Next Time,
Michele
