We had a lot of building and creating time this week! We painted papier mache houses to start the week, and then constructed with wood pieces and lots of glue.
The children are quite proud of their work and are telling stories already to their friends!
The next step is to write a story about a structure and have a picture taken.
Our seedlings have grown! We're excited to see all the steps happening just like we learned them; plant the seeds, water, the roots grow and the seedlings come up!
Shakespeare started too. We are singing and acting together with Seano, Christof, and John. Our performance is next week!
The block rug has changed to big hollow blocks and we need to get used to the noise, hustle, and working together. We've had a meeting about it and agreed on some ground rules.
We love the discovery of new ways to play together.
The children have started their own "mouse house" project, and are making miniature items for their "mouse house". It's a wonderful collaborative project!
Until Next Time,
Michele
