Growing Week

We watched colored water climb up to the top of white flowers this week, planted bean seeds in our window, and created a garden of flower and bean seeds. The children helped to create a poster of a flower growing and what it needs; sun, rain, and lots of bugs. We read books about gardens, and seeds, and the life cycles of seeds, and painted very colorful pictures with all of the colors of spring. The 3's came over to our room and we made a big marble painting for our school's fundraiser. We had a busy, sunny week!

there's a new way to talk to each other on the block rug. You need to have a phone, and you say "calling all (child's name); they answer, hopefully, and you make your plans.
