We made slime together and used it to make all sorts of connections.
Messages became a collaborative event in the classroom.
I believe that children play what they need to play. It was very interesting to see some of the free play that happened in our last days. The legos sort of got poured out and happily sorted and categorized, which is a wonderful way to say good bye for now to a favorite toy.
Dress up started to move out the door, with lots of cleaning and travelling occurring. Time to tidy up and say goodbye to our favorite places!
Field Day was awesome! We bounced in the bounce house, participated in relays, and enjoyed a birthday snack together. We played with balloons and crawled under a rainbow bridge.
