We celebrated winter with glittery goop, glittery art, and lots of time outdoors. The children learned to snip folded circles and make snowflakes, added color to icebergs in the water table, and painted on glass to print purple pictures. The pinata party was a success from the popping of the balloon in the pinata to the breaking of the pinata for a multitude of prizes. We were careful to make sure that everyone got the prizes and colors that they wanted, and enjoyed a bit of flute blowing and chocolate eating to end the party.
