it's winter and more winter in the prek4 classroom! We finished our pinata, which is a beautiful, but silly, snowy owl now. We painted with white paint on black paper, enjoyed a walk outside in the winter sunshine, and explored a sensory table filled with glittery winter fun. The children sang songs about the snow falling down, and we read books about winter being the warmest season.
there's an igloo in the classroom!
